We accept returns/refunds only if an item is broken, defective, or not as described.

• Proof required: photos of the item and packaging.
• Refunds may be issued as replacement, store credit, or cash refund (OoKii’s discretion).
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• Products are provided “as is,” to the extent permitted by Philippine law.
• OoKii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

• Venue is in the proper courts of Pasig City, Philippines.
