OoKii Enterprises OPC (“OoKii”, “we”, “us”) is a duly registered One-Person Corporation under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines (registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission; SEC Registration Number available upon request; BIR RDO 043 – Pasig). As a corporate entity, we are legally accountable to our customers and regulators. We operate in compliance with the Consumer Act (RA 7394), the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967), the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792).

This page sets out our corporate policy on product authenticity and customer protection. We never sell counterfeit or fake items. Every listing on ookii.ph is accurately described and backed by fair, lawful remedies.

What You’ll Find at OoKii

1) Original & Branded Goods

  • Genuine brand-name products sourced from reputable, verifiable suppliers, auctions, and surplus distributors.
  • May include new, surplus, or pre-owned items from well-known brands.
  • Where available, we disclose serial numbers, certificates, or proof of origin, and provide clear, close-up photos.

2) Artisan, Handcrafted & Replica-Inspired Items

  • Unique artisan-made pieces, including works from Japan, England, and other regions known for craftsmanship.
  • Replica-inspired means design influence or resemblance to classic styles; these items are not made by the original brand and are not marketed as official brand products.
  • We present these items transparently as artisan-made or designer-inspired works and avoid any language, branding, or trade dress that implies brand authorization.

What We Do Not Sell or Do

  • No counterfeits, no “dupes” that misuse trademarks, and no items passed off as official when they are not.
  • No adding of third-party logos/marks to non-branded goods; no misleading use of stylized brand elements or trade dress.
  • No titles, tags, SEO, or descriptions that imply official distribution or endorsement where none exists.

Fair & Transparent Return Policy

As a Philippine corporation, OoKii provides remedies consistent with consumer law while ensuring fairness for both customers and the business:

  • Covered Situations: (a) defective/unsafe item; (b) counterfeit item; or (c) item that is materially misdescribed (significant difference from the listing).
  • Filing Window: File within 7 days of delivery (or longer if a manufacturer’s reasonable period applies). Include photos/video of the item and packaging.
  • Verification: Claims are subject to reasonable inspection and verification (e.g., serial checks, expert review, comparison against listing photos/descriptions).
  • Condition on Return: Return the item with parts/accessories originally included. Normal handling to assess the item is acceptable. Post-delivery damage, wear from use, or tampering may void the claim unless the defect caused it.
  • Exclusions: Change-of-mind/buyer’s remorse and pre-disclosed cosmetic wear on pre-owned items are not grounds for refund. Damage from improper storage, misuse, or third-party repairs is excluded.
  • Our Timelines: We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve (approve, request info, or decline with reasons) within 7 business days after complete submission.
  • Refund Method: If approved, refunds go to the original payment method or via store credit at your option (we do not force store credit where law requires a refund).
  • Return Shipping: Paid by OoKii for approved claims (defective/unsafe/counterfeit/materially misdescribed). Otherwise, buyer pays where permitted by law.

Authenticity, Trademarks & Non-Affiliation

  • We respect all third-party trademarks. Brand names are used descriptively to identify genuine goods; we avoid any use likely to cause confusion about affiliation, endorsement, or source.
  • Artisan/replica-inspired items are sold without brand claims and are identified as such.
  • We do not superimpose third-party logos or trade dress on our marketing materials. Logos visible in photos are incidental to genuine items.

Rights Holder Notices & Takedown

Rights holders who believe a listing, description, or image infringes their rights or may mislead consumers may contact us for prompt review:

  • Subject: “IP Complaint”
  • Include: your contact details, specific URL(s), and a brief description of the concern

Upon a substantiated complaint, OoKii may remove or modify content, hold or cancel orders, and cooperate with authorities/rights holders as appropriate.
