What a simply stunning example of Royal Albert bone china, in this April cup and saucer, in their Flower of the Month series. This gorgeous set is named as Sweet Pea. This beautiful duo would be perfect for afternoon tea, as a display piece, or as the perfect gift.

The cup and saucer are festooned with the Sweet peas, in vivid shades of red, pink purple and yellow, both in bud and in full bloom. They contrast perfectly with their green foliage. A ring of dainty little leaves circles the saucer’s edge. The cup features the month of April, inscribed on the inside, decorated with a pretty spray of sweet peas. Both pieces are edged in gold and feature gold around the base of the cup and the delicately shaped handle. The decorations are superbly finished in a silky smooth glaze.

Both cup and saucer are in very good condition.

The cup stands 8.5cm, or 3 and a quarter inches tall, to the top of the handle. The saucer measures 14cm, or 5 and a half inches across.
